Your satisfaction on products and services from Hebe's Naturals is our highest objective. If you feel not satisfied, for any reasons from selected products or our services, kindly let us know first. We always listen to your feedbacks to improve your shopping experience with us.

We will proceed the return or refund immediately when:

  • You return a product within 5 days after purchase, applicable to regular products.

  • Returned product is in its packaging, not opened, not used.

  • Product is not damaged.

  • Shipping cost of return will be paid by customers if you don't like the product after receving or the damages are not generated by Hebe's Naturals or shipping agents.

  • If the product is damaged during shipping, customers kindly make notes with shipping agents by written.


It may happen when a delivered product is not your ordered product. This case is unexpected and controlled not to happen by HEBE's Naturals. But if it happens, we appologize and proceed the return & refund immediately without any extra charges.
